Do you have any office/branch in the Philippines?Yes. We have an office in Meralco Ave. Ortigas Centre Pasig City. However, you will not need to submit any forms or requirements to our office. Whole application process is only done via our website.

What is the old insurance model?Old insurance model pertains to the whole application process of applying for and acquiring insurance. This includes sales and distribution, underwriting and pricing, and account servicing and transactions.

What do I need when applying for a family package or an insurance through the SplitEx platform?You need not submit any documents, we will ask for your personal details through our application forms.

Will I be charged any extra fees if I purchase from SplitEx?Other than the amount stated in your insurance package, you will just need to pay convenience fees required by our partner bayad centers in 7/11 stores.

What do I need to file a claim?Insurance Claim Checklist: 1. Photocopy of Insurance Policy 2. Copy of Official Receipt (OR) of premium payment. 3. Accident Report Form 4. Original copy of Medical Certificate 5. Original copy of medical receipts and prescription. 6. Statement of Account by the hospital. 7. Results of X-rays, CT Scan and laboratory results.
